Terms and Conditions of Service
Please read all terms and conditions of service before accessing our website. By visiting our website and or purchasing an item you engage in our service and agree to be bound by all the following terms and conditions. No user of our site and or social media pages is exempt from the following terms and conditions including but not limited to all users who are merchants, customers, vendors, browsers and or contributors of content.
If you do not agree to these terms and conditions of service outlined in this agreement, then you may not access our website or use any of our provided services. You can read and access the most current terms and conditions of service at any time on this page. Revived Vintage reserves the right to change, update or replace any part of the following terms and conditions of service by posting the updates and/or changes to our website. It is the sole responsibility of you the user to check this page periodically for any recent changes to our terms and conditions of service. Your continued access to the site and our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Our website is hosted by WordPress and WooCommerce who provide us with the e-commerce platform necessary that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
We Revived Vintage reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or group at any time for any reason. All sections and following heading in this document are used for ease of access to user and do not limit any of the following terms and conditions listed.
SECTION 1: RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Currently revived vintage does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges of any kind on items unless there is a default with the products purchased that was not listed in the description of the product. Revived Vintage reserves the right to refuse return, refund or exchange at any point and each case will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Change of mind returns are not accepted. All items are listed and photographed with any defaults as well as measurements in both length and width and recommended sizing. Due to this, it is up to the user’s discretion whether they may purchase the provided product and any following requested return based on change of mind will not be accepted.
All items are vintage items and may show some general wear and tear as well as small stains in which are expected of second-hand items and may or may not be listed. All major defects with a given product will be listed.
In the unlikely event that human error has led to a customer receiving the wrong item/s, a return and refund will be acceptable and processed as soon as the item is received back from Revived Vintage.
SECTION 2: CANCELLATIONS
Revived Vintage reserves the right to cancel any order without notice if they believe the user is breaching any of the outlined terms and conditions listed in this document. Revived Vintage also holds the right to cancel any order under circumstances in which a bug/glitch and or human error has led to the incorrect display of price or any other details related to a product or group of products.
SECTION 3: SHIPPING
We use Australia Post for Shipping.
We will not be held accountable for any delays incurred by Australia Post e.g. public holidays or covid19 delays. All shipping is charged as a flat rate, as advertised when you the user checks out.
Standard Shipping: Please allow up to 7 business days for order packing and courier times
- Please allow up to 5 days for order packing and courier times. In nearly all cases express shipping will be 1-2 days from payment for metro Melbourne and other major cities.
- Dependent on your location and distance from our head office in Melbourne, please consider purchase ahead of time.
- Australia Post Express Shipping covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes.
- Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only.
- If you item is for an address outside the Express Post network, we’ll use the fastest possible transport links, but it won’t be covered by the Australian Port Next Day Guarantee.
We aspire to ship every order as quickly as possible, while also maintaining our extremely high standard of quality. Typically orders take between 1 – 5 business days to dispatch from our warehouse. During public holidays and weekends, orders may take an extra business day to dispatch. We dispatch all orders Monday to Friday (excluding major holidays).
Unfortunately, nationwide, postage does not run Saturday and Sundays so all orders purchased from 2pm Friday till the end of the weekend will be posted Monday morning.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your order’s tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect email addresses entered at time of purchase.
All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when we despatch the goods. Revived Vintage is not accountable for any parcels, items or deliveries which are lost, damaged or sent to the wrong addresses. We can only work with the information provided by the user at time of checkout and all responsibility for the parcel is then passed onto the user and Auspost once it leaves our site. If any issues do arise, these will need to be taken up with Auspost.
SECTION 4: PROMO AND VOUCHER CODES
Periodically promo and voucher codes are released to be used on the website. These codes are only valid for the prespecified time and cannot be used outside of this set period. Only a single voucher or promo code can be used per order. We monitor the misuse of any codes and reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if which this condition of one code per order is not met.
Voucher codes and promo codes cannot ever be redeemed for cash or used to buy gift cards. Furthermore, if an order is placed in which the value is less than the voucher code, no residual credit or refund will be given.
SECTION 5: EXTRA CUSTOMS CHARGES
Revived Vintage does not take responsibility for any extra charges that the user may incur due to customs charges and import duties that the customers country may charge upon entry. All extra fees and charges must be incurred by the customer.
SECTION 6: AUTHENTICITY OF ITEMS AND CONDITION
Unless specifically stated all items and products listed are assumed to be authentic items. Revived Vintage does not take responsibility in the unlikely event that human error leads to a ‘bootleg’ or unauthentic item being sold under the conditions of an authentic item.

Revived Vintage reserves the right to use content created by users through various social media platforms to market and promote the brand. Revived Vintage reserves the right to use all photos, comments, messages etc that are generated by the user e.g entering a giveaway or competition. Any content generated by the user that involves a Revived Vintage item and or any other association is included in the above statement.
SECTION 9: COPYRIGHT ON OUR CONTENTNo user, browser or anyone accessing our site or social media sites is permitted to use, copy or republish any of our photos and or content and claim as their own. We reserve the right to all our material.
